So this is the first year that all this back to school hoopla means anything to us in our household. On Sept. 1, just about 24 short days away, Owen will start preschool. He is going to be attending Shadow Hills Baptist preschool 3 year old class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-11:30. His class even has a name, they are the Morning Glorys. How cute is that? Owen is excited, mommy and daddy are excited (even though we all know that mommy is going to be a basket case that first day). The handbook asks that you dress your child in footwear that allows your child to play and run and not risk hurting themselves. This means no Crocs or Owen's favorite Reef flip flops. I have bought him 2 new pairs of new school sneakers. These awesome Diesel ones and a pair of Pumas. And would you believe it if I told you that Owen wears an 11.5 shoe? He has a huge (square shaped) foot. He also has this awesome little green dinosaur backpack that I bought him last year. Can't wait to take 1st day of school pictures!

i can't believe he is going to go to school!! I love the shoes!! Hopefully you are okay on the day of, I am sure he will love it! :)
Chase has monster feet too! Glad you were able to find a preschool for Owen after you moved out there...we are still struggling to place Chase! :o(
