can't sit still

Plain and simple, Owen just cannot sit still. He physically cannot do it unless strapped into his stroller or carseat by a five point harness. In example, these pictures I just took 1/2 an hour ago. He was suppossed to be sitting and watching Elmo. I snapped all six of these photographs within a matter of thirty seconds. In that time period he managed to move around and change positions over six times. Like I said, he cannot sit still, he's constantly got ants in his pants! Chris says Owen is like me in this way, and I get it from my own father. I am not a great sitter. I hate riding in a car. I can rarely sit and watch tv without multitasking. If I am awake, I am up and doing something. My father is way worse than me though. Chris jokes that my dad is like a shark, that he has to move to breathe. We are very much looking forward to the day that Owen can sit still with us for an hour to watch a cartoon or television show.
